WIPAN - Washington-Ireland Program Alumni Network is the association for graduates of the Washington-Ireland Program for Service and Leadership, formerly known as the Young Leaders Program.

Established in 2001, the WIPAN has as its aims, to serve as a link between graduates of WIP, and also between the Program and these graduates; to support the Washington-Ireland Program for Service and Leadership and to build on the work of public service and leadership that is the fundamental motivation behind WIP.

As such, the activities of WIPAN are split between various regional events to facilitate and foster communication between graduates of the Program and supporting events of the Washington-Ireland Program in positive and practical ways. Perhaps, the most significant strand of activities of WIPAN is supporting alumni-led ventures which have been setup on the back of graduates participation on the Washington-Ireland Program for Service and Leadership.
